
Terms & Conditions for IT-DAY ApS
1. Scope and acceptance: By registering for and/or attending an IT-DAY event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all participants, visitors, speakers, and company representatives attending IT-DAY events.
2. Event participation: Registration grants access to the specific IT-DAY event stated at the time of sign-up.
IT-DAY reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, venue, date, or schedule if necessary.
3. Registration and tickets: Registrations are personal and may not be transferred without prior approval from IT-DAY.
If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to cancel your registration to allow others to participate.
4. Participant conduct: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, exhibitors, speakers, and IT-DAY staff. IT-DAY reserves the right to deny access to or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe, without entitlement to compensation.
5. Companies and career dialogue: IT-DAY facilitates meetings and dialogue between participants and participating companies.
Any further communication, recruitment processes, or agreements between participants and companies take place independently of IT-DAY.
6. Photography and video: Photos and videos may be taken during IT-DAY events for documentation and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish to appear in such material, please inform IT-DAY staff at the event.
7. Intellectual property: All content presented at IT-DAY events, including presentations, materials, logos, and branding, remains the intellectual property of the respective owners and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Liability: Participation in IT-DAY events is at your own risk. IT-DAY is not liable for loss, damage, or injury incurred in connection with participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Data protection: Personal data is processed in accordance with IT-DAY’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
10. Changes to the terms: IT-DAY may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction: These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
