Representative registration form for IT-DAY 2027

Instructions:
Please have all your representatives fill out this form to let us know how many representatives from your company will attend in each city and so they can specify any dietary preferences or special needs (e.g., allergies).

They can update their submission at any time by sending a new form. We will use the most recent version of their submission.

 

Important Information:
Your participation includes coffee, tea, soda, water, and a lunch buffet for your representatives.


To ensure accurate catering, please have them submit this form before the deadline stated below.

Late submissions may not guarantee catering, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Catering Form Submission Deadlines:

  • Copenhagen: February 5th

  • Aarhus: February 18th 

  • Odense: March 5th

  • Aalborg: March 12th

  • send you practical information for the fair

Choose the IT-DAY fairs where you participate and wish to have access to the exhibitor buffet. You can submit this form multiple times - the last submission is the one we use.
