Instructions:
Please let us know how many representatives from your company will attend in each city and specify any dietary preferences or special needs (e.g., allergies).

You can update your submission at any time by sending a new form. We will use the most recent version of your submission.

 

Important Information:
Your participation includes coffee, tea, soda, water, and a lunch buffet for your representatives.


To ensure accurate catering, please submit this form before the deadline stated below.

Late submissions may not guarantee catering, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Catering Form Submission Deadlines:

  • Copenhagen: February 6th

  • Aarhus: February 19th 

  • Odense: March 6th

  • Aalborg: March 13th

Attendance & Catering: Please state how many representatives you will bring to each fair.

  • Booth Recommendation: For a standard 3x3m booth, we recommend 2–3 representatives in Aalborg, Aarhus, and Odense, and 3–4 in Copenhagen.

  • Team Mix: Ideally, bring a mix of People & Culture and 1–2 IT (e.g., one senior and one recent graduate).

  • Sustainability: Please be mindful of your estimate to help us reduce food waste.
