If you wish to apply for this position please send your CV to jasper.jansen@mercuriurval.com. For any questions regarding the postion, contact Jasper Jansen, Principal Consultant at +45 20830639.

Systematic is thrilled to announce the establishment of a new Software Development Team in the heart of Copenhagen – and we are looking for multiple Developers, a Tester, a Project Manager, and a Software Architect to join us and support the growth in our customer base and scale our product line.

As our new Project Manager, you will step into a strategic and important role and play a vital part in Systematic’s growth strategy. You will have the opportunity to build and manage our first team in Copenhagen and pave the way for new teams in the future. At the same time you will have a strong collaboration with your colleagues across our Aarhus and Bucharest locations. A primary focus is our strategic goal to launch the next generation of our SitaWare Headquarters product.

Management position for a new high-performance team

As a project manager you will build a new team of 10-15 colleagues. We value a team where all members seek early engagement and impact on the solution. They strive to ensure quality and keep improving, for example by automating repeatable tasks. The team delivers with pride - and has fun while doing so.

You will lead a new team and ensure successful implementation of new features into our existing product according to the agreed scope, time, and quality. A big part of your role will involve setting the foundation for the team to live their full potential whilst being timely and transparent towards stakeholders across the organisation.

Working with all aspects of the project and people management disciplines, you will:

-    Foster the growth of team members through development and ideal people management

-    Act as a close sparring partner to the project and program managers in the department

-    Drive strategic initiatives, continuously improving development speed and product quality

-    Plan the next iteration and create the conditions needed to achieve team goals

Experienced and skilled Project Manager

In the position, you will have a chance to put your project management skills into play whilst driving a complex IT project based on agile principles. We anticipate you have been running product development projects in the past and consider it an exciting challenge to build up a new team whilst forming the foundation for a new development site for our Systematic Defence department. We imagine you have:

-    A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and experience from the IT-industry

-    Qualifications comparable to PMI/PMP, PRINCE2 or similar

-    People management experience and a genuine interest in motivating and improving your team

-    A desire to work with the full range of project management disciplines (planning, risk management, stakeholder management, reporting, KPIs etc.)

As someone with a growth mindset, you seek and strive for improvement. Your outgoing nature enables you to build trust in the team, relying on your empathy, responsibility, and commitment. Being a team player and good communicator is key to success as well as your interest in working in dynamic environments, where you contribute to creating a strong team culture and work structure.
